About the Role

Are you interested in veterinary medicine, responsible, independent, and a self-starter? If so, Cedarburg Veterinary Clinic has a job opportunity for you! We are looking for a Kennel Assistant to join our team, where you will assist in caring for animals, help maintain the clinic’s appearance, and gain experience in the veterinary field. 

 

Position Details:

  • Minimum Age: 16 years
  • Hours per Week: Approx. 10 hours
  • Working Schedule:
    • Weekdays: Monday-Friday, 3:30 p.m. to about 6:45 p.m.
    • Weekends:
      • Saturday: 7:30 a.m. to about 12:30 p.m. & 4:00 p.m. to about 5:30 p.m.
      • Sunday: 8:00 a.m. to about 9:30 a.m. & 4:00 p.m. to about 5:30 p.m.
  • Holiday work required occasionally.

Qualifications:

  • A self-starter with attention to detail
  • Comfortable around animals
  • Prior experience with animals preferred
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Reliable and punctual

Additional Information:

  • Uniform tops provided
  • Starting wage: $12.00/hour
  • Apply in person between 1:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. (Monday – Friday)
