About the Role

Are you passionate about animals and providing exceptional customer service? Cedarburg Veterinary Clinic is looking for a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Client Care Specialist! 

 

What You'll Do: 

  • Welcome clients and their pets with a warm and professional attitude. 
  • Schedule appointments and manage clinic communications. 
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and questions about our services. 
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records. 
  • Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations. 

 

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. 
  • A positive attitude and a passion for animals. 
  • Experience in customer service or reception (preferred, but not required). 
  • Experience with Impromed software is a plus. 
  • Comfort with computers and basic software programs.

Work Schedule: 

This is a full-time position requiring 35-40 hours per week, with one day off each week. 

  • Saturdays are required on a rotating schedule every 3-4 weeks. 
  • Clinic hours of operation are as follows: 
  • Monday: 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM 
  • Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM 
  • Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM 
  • Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
