Laura George

Dr. George joined our team in September 2025. She is a Wisconsin native who decided at a very young age to become a veterinarian. That dream was realized in 2006 when she graduated from University of Wisconsin – Madison Vet School. Since then she has held positions as associate veterinarian, chief of staff, and medical director for different hospitals. The most recent veterinary venture was owning a cat only hospital in Washington, where she spent the last 9 years prior to joining us here. She has held cat friendly and fear free certifications. Her passion in veterinary medicine is all things feline, especially medicine, surgery and dentistry.

In her free time, Dr. George enjoys camping, fishing, hiking and SCUBA diving (only in warm places!). Outside of work, she spends time with her husband, son and 4 pets. Her fur baby family includes two bordoodles and two cats.
